Mod Mix Monday #123

File This!
I admire card catalogs every time I see one in an interior.
This one is especially nice.
It's low and small.
The mirror on top adds a bit of glam to it and it's styled beautifully.

This had me thinking could I find one on Craigslist for me?
I did find one locally for $175 but it wasn't as good as this.

So I decided to check out other cities.
I started with Dallas, then St. Louis, San Antonio...each had some sort of card catalog but none
I really got excited about.

On a whim...I checked out San Francisco.
I don't know why? I've never been there and I have no plans to go but look what I found immediately.
It's almost the exact catalog!
You can buy it for $300 - here.

If you run and get it, let me know.

Lots of good Halloween stuff in last week's Mod Mix Monday.

I bet you all think I've given up on decorating for Halloween.

Nope...I have several crafts in the works but working and painting my living/dining room
have certainly gotten in the way.

I also painted a dog portrait recently...I'll show later in the week.

Anyway...Halloween is coming here, I swear...I'm just behind.

Here's what I loved from last week's Mod Mix Monday.
Patti of Old Things New made the fanciest, farm, country,
junky cloches from chicken wire and a few odds and ends
she had around the house. Notice the finials.
These are the best chicken wire cloches I've ever seen.
Amy of The Blissful Bee painted some lamps and made them super special.
I just love the way they look in her bedroom.
Love that cat too.
Amber of Junkaholics Unanimous shared her Fall garden full of fancy pumpkins.
Oh... I wish I could afford to sprinkle pumpkins like this all through my yard!
This is just the best!
Therena of Little Bit of Paint made a cute little Fall banner to compliment her fall display on her buffet.
Notice those cute burlap pumpkins too.
I'm in awe of Melinda's Halloween vignette at Refeathered Roost.
It has so many wonderful elements starting with that old typewriter.
Notice the round lantern too. Love the Raven banner.
Tracy of Made from Pinterest.net turned out this super cute Halloween project.
It just takes bell jar lids, paint and washi tape.
Isn't it darling?
Kelsey Elaine at White Cottage Boutique created this amazing refurbish.
This piece was nothing to look at till it was painted and new knobs added.
Isn't it sweet?

This is still happening. I'll announce the winner tomorrow, Tuesday, October 15th.

Nita, I am loving that card catalog also and would love to have one but, San Francisco is a bit far. I love the features this week - especially the Washi Tape Ball Jar Wreath - so darn cute. Thanks for hosting and have a great week... Cathy

Thank you so much for featuring my pumpkins! I know they can be expensive, but I even get my pumpkins at the flea market and pay very little for them!

I love things with little drawers and cubbies -- so of course I like that part. I also like the way the inspiration photo is styled. Aren't the prices for some of this old stuff ungodly?

I also noticed the cat in the bedroom you featured. Everybody should add a cat to a bedroom: it makes it cosier.
