Mod Mix Monday #13

Very British?
I ran across this on Pinterest the other day.
Pretty great, isn't it?
I've see the Union Jack on everything lately but I've never seen it done in orange and pink!

Here's my favorites from last week's Mod Mix Monday!
Revamped vintage typewriter table that has been painted and decoupaged with a map
Campaign chest from
and an ugly duckling chair became a mod/vintage dream with a new upholstery job at

All fantastic examples of Mod Vintage Mix Ups.

As usual, I'm looking forward to seeing what you've got this week.
Anything new mixed with something old, anything vintage with a new twist,
something new given a vintage feel. Just mix it up.

Hi Nita! Who said that typewriters are useless? ;-) Now we found a way on what to do with the obsolete office machine. I love the campaign chest too. It's a beautiful blue!

I'm a big fan of all the colorful Union Jacks and have long thought I should have one in my house as my mother is from England. That shade of blue on the chest is gorgeous.

I recall those old typewriter tables. Look rather small now!

Oh! I LOVE your picks from last week! Fabulous.
I'm planning on covering my footstool in Union Jack fabric...as soon as I've completed more pressing projects! :D
I have TWO typewriter tables. I adore what she's done but I don't think I could bear to paint them.

I hope that I can come up with something next week and join in with this fun great Mod Mix!
XOXO - Cindi
