Thank you for sharing your lovely home and your pups. I lived in Los Angeles until I was 14 yrs old and I had been inside interiors like yours (arched entrances, etc.) You have a wonderful sense of who you are and what you like. I am sorry to read of your depression that happens around the 4th of July. I've struggled with major chronic depression for many years and I can relate to how this comes upon you during certain times. Holidays are the worse times for me. In my own humble opinion I believe that July 4th is sad for you because you missed the closeness of your mother during the rest of the year (school year) and had to bear the unhappiness of your father during that time. Remembering you in my prayers. Depression is a darkness that eats away at the heart.

Just lovely, so colourful, so perfect and original. I want to visit the Cotswolds again in South West England. Check out these country pads of the rich and famous. So pretty, so quaint, so English - home of the cottage and shabby chic! Good luck

Oh my word, I love, love, love the twinkly lights under the hall bathroom sink. What a creative idea.

The spice ranks in your kitchen are adorable. I see those kinda trays at thrift stores often and never even thought of that.

One day I will have one of those amazing flower chandeliers. I adore them.

Your saying, "I'm rich in chandeliers and Weenie Dogs", is adorable.

Hi, I am hoping you can help me out. You posted in Pinterest years ago of a grey cape cod house that I believe you owned and renovated with your magical touches. Is that a Sears kit house from the late 1930’s? And, if do , do you know the name of the style? I ask because my house is almost identical but I cannot find it in any if the Sears catalogs of the day.

Thank you,
Cheryl
