Open House Sunday

Tudor in California
built 1926
This is a charming tudor.
Of course I love it...it had me at the inviting brick walkway leading to the front door.
Pretty landscaped sloping front yard.
Love the large window near the front door and the brick detailing around the door.
This living room is spectacular.
I love how tall the fireplace is.
detail of the art tile on the fireplace
How about those beamed ceilings.
I really like it all in white.
I wish I had that big window in my living room.
pretty dining room
sparse and white
White marble backsplash in the kitchen is amazing.
I adore all the finishes in here.
Marble counters too!
Oh...my I'd love all this in my own kitchen.
Two of the bedrooms have this simple upholstered headboard.
I really like these headboards and they'd be super easy to DIY.
But this bed is very nice too.
pretty bathroom with modern touches
I must say...I'm surprised there is no deck or patio.
I'm sure the new owners will put one in.
Nice pergola. You could set up a very pretty table in this area.
It's definitely not staged to it's full potential.

A lovely house with beautiful roof lines and all those nice windows. I wonder if the fireplace tile is a depiction of the house originally? It would be so much fun to make that house you own, wouldn't it, Nita!

It's a lovely house, but you're right, a deck is missing.

Love it.
Sparse and White makes me Happy.
(I'd repaint the bathroom
and switch out the red pieces for turquoise and be done.)
