Great Deal

In the End Zone
I just have to share this amazing deal in the Bob Mills' End Zone aka As Is Room.
This piece of furniture has been my favorite thing in the store since day one.
It's big and it's expensive at $2,387.99. It's made by Four Hands a wonderful furniture manufacturer
that provides furniture for stores such as Restoration Hardware and us!

I showed this piece on my blog in April.
The color is a pale minty grey blue. Very subtle.

Well, this big piece has been moved around the store so much that it's gotten a stress fracture in the carrera marble top.
Yes, a crack across the middle of the top.
But because of this flaw which really wouldn't bother me one bit....it is now....wait for it....wait for it....

$399.99!

If I had room for this it would be coming home with me but I do not.

But maybe one of you does.

If you want it come see it at

3600 W. Reno
Oklahoma City

I want someone I know to snap up this amazing deal.

It's long....I think about 72 inches so be warned you must have a large space for it.

If you want it...call me at 405-410-4854
or come by the store and ask for me!

Mod Mix Monday #155

 via
This room says easy early summer morning, doesn't it?

I like that table with the flowers on it. Notice the cat?

Lots of pretties in last week's Mod Mix Monday.
Mary of Orphans with Makeup gave this farm table a glorious new finish.
Displayed on top? Sapphire Gin bottles filled with fruit tree blossoms.
I need to acquire a taste for gin but it's highly unlikely.

Su at Butterfly & Bungalow made this super pretty romantic pin board.
Darrielle of DD's Cottage is back with this great piece of furniture.
A chippy dresser in Miss Mustard Seed's Apron Strings.
Isn't she pretty?
Silver Pennies created this adorable boy's beachy bedroom.
Jamie of So Much Better with Age took an inexpensive print of Paris and turned it
into something really amazing.
Also from Jamie of So Much Better with Age, her Audrey Hepburn inspired closet.
Oh to have such a closet!

Share your Mod Mix's in this week's party below.

Remember anything old made over to be new...anything new changed up to look old.
New and old together...
Please include the Mod Mix Monday logo and back link to me.
Use a permalink to your individual post not to your entire blog.

If you link up...I'd appreciate it, if you'd follow me.

Open House Sunday

Historic Brookhaven Home
in Atlanta
built 1933
A classic tudor nestled among the trees
This warm tudor is filled with warm antiques and art.

 Amazing fireplaces in this home.
Interesting art and folk art furniture.
But look at this kitchen! This kitchen is why I am showing this home.
I love the glass front fridge, the way the cabinets are built around the wall oven and the lights
above the counters!
 Another great fireplace
Pretty built in with beverage sink.
Love the doors in this room and the dresser over to the right.
I'm not sure who that is in the corner. Jesus? St. Francis?
Another large sculpture in this room too. Warm rugs are scattered every where.
I'm pretty sure that is Abe Lincoln standing in front of a portrait of Bill Clinton.
Nice big bedroom on an upper floor. Room of many rugs.
Adore this bath. Not sure about the quirky tables.
 wonderful porch
 down the stairs
 through the door
 and into a secret passage
 to find
 a wine cellar of distinction
Lovely back patio....with nice water feature
a bucolic view
surrounded by trees
 a perfect setting
for a perfect tudor

After work on Friday, I stopped by the Old Farmer's Market and picked up
a Forever & Ever "Together" hydrangea.
http://foreverandeverplants.com/Plant.aspx?code=TB144&type=hydrangea

Look at those double blooms that will bloom all summer and into fall.

I'm not sure where this is going in the garden but it's going somewhere.
It may be going in a large pot.

Now I just have to find a large pot!
I'm having a hard time finding one.
