Pink for Fall

Unexpected but Fabulous, just the same.
You don't think of pink as a fall color but oh...it looks good mixed with golden browns for fall.
pink pipes would make anyone's plumbing more fun
more pink and golden brown
Christian Dior Fall 2012
ballet influenced clothing
Let's just look at these shoes close up. They are like toe shoes but with heels!
I'd give anything...(well, almost anything....wouldn't give up a weenie dog)
to be able to wear these.
But personally I don't wear heels any higher than an inch.
My theory, I like to keep my butt as far away from eye level as possible.
I figure wearing high heels just puts it up where it's more likely to be seen.
I prefer it down lower where maybe it's width will go unnoticed.
Of course these phone booths are cute in red and they are cuter in pink.
I wonder if they still have these in London.
You sure can't find pay phones around here any more.
Pink velvet sofa in the garden...yes, it works.
And I do love this pink love seat surrounded by the warm pinkish grey.
I could just imagine fall leaves scattered about.

Have loved pink and brown for years. For fall I love purple with the oranges, rusts and yellows but pink is wonderful as well.
Happy Pink Saturday.

What a fun post. I'm with you on the high heels but mainly coz they hurt my feet otherwise. But now I can enjoy my flats for yet another great reason. And LOVED the couch in the yard. Wouldn't my grandkids love that. In fact, I bet my senior mom would appreciate it to sit on in between her gardening activities this fall. Definitely make for some sweet autumn bliss! Thanks for a lovely Pink Saturday visit.

Happy Pinks, Nita! Love those shoes but I would never wear them myself. Would anyone? Yes, my niece would in a heart beat! Pretty couch in the garden and I love the pink telephone booth! Thanks for making Pink Saturday fun and have a wonderful weekend.

Blessings,
Sandi

Oh I need to find some pink and brown shoes. I love that look. The velvet couch would be a keeper too.
Happy Pink Sat.

Beautiful! You're so funny. I giggle every time I read your posts.
To Pink!
And yes, (per your post yesterday) it has been raining here for days and still is....finally, so needed and welcome, even if it is putting a damper on fall festivals, that's why we have umbrellas and my hair is a wreck!

A wonderful showing of various pinks. I love fall colors, but a touch of pink sets it off. Nicely done.

Love all the pink! I actually bought a pink, lavender and cream argyle sweater at a thrift shop today! However, I DON'T plan on buying those shoes to wear with it! :P Cannot walk in heels to save my life!

I had forgotten how pretty pink and brown are together, so thank you for this gorgeous reminder, Nita! I am going to go through my clothes and see what pink and brown combinations I can come up with!

Pink is always welcome here. I cannot do heels either. Might need some ortho surgery then:}
