Open House Sunday

Craftsman in Atlanta
What a charming house. Lots of old time details on this one but it was built in 2004.
I love the shingles on the upper story.
 Nice big porch
to laze away the summer days
fresh bright rooms
I wish the weenies would give me an orchid like that for Mother's Day.
Lots of craftsman style on the inside like those built ins
The colors inside are all light and breezy
Love this room off the kitchen that is open to outside.
Very nice fireplace. I like the brick used.
Not sure about those column things. They don't look right for the craftsman style.
They are pretty but not quite right.
A bedroom looking out at the trees. I wish I had an upstairs bedroom. I do, I do, I do.

I'm guessing this is an upstairs sitting room. It looks to have a butler's pantry off of it.
I really love the built ins here and the fireplace.

Kitchen is open but not very craftsman like.

What do you think of those little windows above the cabinets? That is interesting and brings light in.
I think I'd rather the cabinets went to the ceiling though.
I must say I do not like that range hood. Nor do I like the tile below it.

nice breakfast area

This bath cold use new countertops but it's huge!
great basement room for movie watching
and here a very pretty office
I really love this room.
Outback a sweet little yard.
perfect porch

I hope you are having a wonderful Mother's Day.
I'll be spending it at the store.

Mom and I plan to celebrate on Tuesday.
We'll spend the day together and tour the OKC Symphony Designer Show House.

It's a Penthouse apartment/condo this time.
Usually its a historic home so this will be very different.

I'll have photos to share.

Beautiful home, but personally I would feel lost in all that space (or be tempted to clutter it up). I think my favorite part is the bubblegum pink bathroom!

Happy dog mommy's day! :)

Everything looks huge in that gorgeous house. Somehow the kitchen island colour doesn't seem to go well with the rest of the downstair colour scheme.
