Open House Sunday 31

built 1935
I was in this house a few years ago when it was on the market.
The current owners have repainted most of the inside.

Interesting kitchen. It's like a lot of the old kitchens around here. I think I would have forfeited some of the drawers to get the dishwasher out from in front of the window. I like how the sink it done. It feels very vintage.

The bathroom tile is wonderful. It would be fun to work with the purple and green.

A lot of charm in their home. I like the kitchen sink too ! They need you to do over their bathrooms though to make them charming! you really should stage homes for the sellers and real estate agents. I enjoy these Sunday posts

I have to say the same thing Steve noticed! The bathroom tile in purple and green. I know you loved it too Nita and it was obvious there was not much commentary. I know you are trying your best given how tough it is losing Shelly, we are thinking of you.

I love that house! My house was also built in the '20's. It's nice to see a house that is beautiful as is. I love the kitchen, if I bought a house like that I would leave the kitchen pretty much as is, if I added anything I would match it perfectly to the vintage cupboards that are already there. I'm glad to see that the kitchen sink is left to look original, maybe it is the original one, I would love to know. I've been thinking about you, my friend.
Hugs, Cindy

Oh, Nita -- how strong you are to even post anything today. I'm thinking of you everyday. Hugs from Chicago.

PS That orange shag toilet cover has to GO! I'll even let you come over and do the honors once I move in.

I can only envision this little diamond in the rough if you got a hold of it. Love the bathroom tile. Thinking of you daily. Prayers and hugs.

I love the hipped roofline and the unusual framing of the door into the dining room. The house is spit, spot and ready for someone to personalize it.

Thanks for the tour, Nita. I am sending good thoughts your way.

If your home is listed with an agent or not, make sure you have a dazzling flyer.
