Mod Mix Monday #183

via
Yummmmmm! I do love me a chesterfield and a gray velvet one is especially yummy.
Usually you think of a chesterfield in a leather but velvet sure works absolutely just as good.
I'd like it better myself.

I am so in the mood for spring stuff and so are many of you. I can tell by your posts.

Tonight when I drove home from work...I was super surprised to see that the Farmers Market down
on Reno had tons of pansies and ferns and other plants out already.
Yes, spring is on the way!

Here we go with my favorites from last week's party...
Cielo of The Little White Cottage in the Woods shared photos of her garden from last year.
Jan of Just Jan shared outdoor decorating tips from a friend and designer Cathy. I'm in love with her outdoor spaces.
This is a super cute St. Patrick's Day banner made by Ann at Duct Tape and Denim.
Here's a great idea from my longtime blog friend, Traci of Three Dogs at Home -  A fancy water bowl for a favorite pooch.
1st this makes the dog bowl attractive...and second...it gets it up higher which is good for bigger dogs.
Another great furniture makeover by Darrielle of DD's Cottage. She is here every week.
I love everything she does.
And Darrielle (DD's Cottage) shared her dining room with it's touches of pink for Spring.
Gigi of Old World Patina and Bottle Art Boutique shared this cool Santos Shrine she made.
Su of Butterfly and Bungalow shared photos taken at a local nursery.

I've seen that wallpaper before...but never so much of it!
I think it's pretty brilliant used in this space.
It makes a very very tall space....some how cozy.

How was your Valentine's Day?
I worked. Everyone at worked dressed for the day....we had our reds and pinks out with pride.
I was surprised after work by cupid...he left several gifts for me at my house.
Thanks, Mom!
They included a miniature rose bush.
I love those.
A little concrete statue for the yard...which was a little nest full of birds.
and for some reason....a fancy weed puller.
She said she loved her's and was sure I'd love mine.
I thought it was a pooper scooper which I say I have more of than weeds.
It was a very nice surprise.

Here are favorites from last week's Mod Mix Monday.
Martinel made herself this pretty coat rack.
Nicki of Tshirt and Jeans showed off this precious little girl's room.
It starts with that cute needlepoint fox pillow and then pan out.
Love the pink dresser...and the rug is super cute.
Everyday Living sets a pretty Valentine table.
Adirondack Girl @ Heart made a very sweet Valentine banner for the fireplace.
Darrielle of DD's Cottage paints another piece of furniture and turns it into something special.
