So I'm late getting this up again. Sorry, I was at Pier 1 till midnight creating new displays.
Which was fine...it involved pizza and my nice co-workers and rearranging china is not
hard work...it's rather enjoyable.
What a beautiful room that is above.
I guess there's not much modern about it now that I think about it.
Well, the little vase is and the use of color is.
I don't care if it's not much of a mix...this is my blog and I can show what I want.
My mood is still light. My soul feels like it can breath.
Only one thing bringing me down....taxes.
I still have not done mine.
I will be doing tomorrow. Nothing like waiting till the last minute.
Anyone else in my same predicament?
There were wonderful things linked up last week.
I'll now share my faves.
Wow! That is what I said when I saw this from Bless{ed} Nest.
They call it Don Draper.
I can see why.
Beatrice Banks showed off her breakfast nook. I love her big chalkboard.
The Decorologist made her bedroom look bigger and added much needed storage.
Now if only I had two matching armoires.
Shannon of Fox Hollow Cottage is back with this spring makeover of her bedroom.
I don't like red very much unless it's paired with aqua and then I love it.
Maple and Magnolia is back with a full reveal of her screen porch.
What a porch it is! Isn't it pretty and comfy?
Of course I love a good kitchen redo and B in Real Life did this pretty one.
I never tire of white kitchens. I've always loved them and I always will.
Leone Design amazed me with this dresser redo.
It's similar to Don Draper in the first feature but has a whole other feeling to it
because of the curves. This makes me want something like this in my own home.
They were all really good...weren't they? Not that they aren't every week.
They really really are.
On to this week...
Link up below.
Remember anything old made over to be new...anything new changed up to look old.
New and old together...
Please include the Mod Mix Monday logo and back link to me.

Just beautiful features! Thanks for hosting. Megan
Ugg, I hate linky tools - it took the wrong image from my link and now I can't redo it. My wheelbarrow is raspberry pink and very sweet....

Hi: Thanks for the feature of my dresser. You're great to host this party.. love your style!!!
The inspirational photo is wonderful, and of course, you had me at the color alone.
I liked all the features this week --
I bet Pier 1 looks great. I bought some plates in there the other day which will be in this week's tablescape. It is always set up so nicely when I go in there to look around.
Glad you're having fun at Pier 1.
My boss would buy us pizza on overnights too.
Do you have to arrange vignettes in your feature bays? I used to love to decorate those. Are you opening a bunch of Pier 1 cards?
Have a great week Nita! Good luck on those taxes!
