Now Hear This

The Loud Rug

Here is a better shot of the rug in my living room...
Now you can see how it is not....a Rug Company rug.
It made me happy when I first put it down.
But now I am thinking of switching back to the beige one.
See previous post.

I like it and it goes well with your furniture colors, but you have to live with it and should love it. If you don't then don't use it.

I love it! My opinion would be keep it but switch it out occasionally with the other! Just for a change of pace!

I think it's wonderful and it takes a real knack to be able to pull a rug like that off...but you did it. I am soooooooooo drooling over your coffee table...OMG, I want it!

Ok...I'm going to leave the rug for now. I think it's just because its not really the rug that I want...that I am unhappy and growing tired of it. Thanks for letting me know what you think.

oh...and Leticia (Ms Bingles) I did make my Grab Button. I'm so glad you like it.

While the colors are all great it makes me feel a bit like I am at nursery school. You need the same colors in a bit more sophicated design.

Traci -
I agree totally. That is why it bothers me...it's a kid's rug in the living room. But it's the best I could do at the time.

Now I'm thinking I need to pull it out of there immediately.

It really isn't that bad! It plays off the deep pink sofa quite well; and give the room a 'summer' vibe. But with your design aesthetic being more of a Hollywood Regency/Art Deco thingy, perhaps that's why it feels too - - casual??

Back to being anonymous. Again.
