Open House Sunday

Another House in the Neighborhood
built 1928
I love that they exposed the brick in the kitchen. I'd like to do that in my own kitchen.
Hope you are enjoying your Sunday. I'm working in the yard.
A friend gave me her chiminea yesterday and I've got to find a spot for it.
She is in the middle of building an outdoor fireplace.
I'll show photos of it when done. She just had her whole backyard newly landscaped.
It is gorgeous!

The houses in your neighborhood have so much character! Thanks for the tour. I hope you enjoy working in your garden today. I am thinking about planting two planters with succulents today. Ever since you awesome post on them back in March, succulents have been stalking me!

very nice...of course I want to yank the sofa over and move the cabinet and TV away from the window and clear out the toys....
Just a tiny bit of staging but I realize that they have to "live" there while they are selling it.
LOVE the kitchen with the exposed brick. It's a pretty house and probably won't be on the market for long...too bad the listing doesn't show the backyard, I'm curious, does that yard go up or is that a road behind it?
Thanks for the tour!

That little nook at the end of the hall is the type ofthing I love. What a great house. I would love to own it. Nothing says home like charm.

Wonderful, old house. Character everywhere!

My house was built two years before that one and they have many similarities. The windows, six over one, the bathroom, the fireplace, the floors, the French doors and the kitchen. It looks like it could be from my neighborhood!
Thanks for a look at it.
