Let's Just Call It Spring
My hyacinths are blooming outside.
It was a cool rainy day yesterday but today is beautiful.
And the next coming week looks like it's going to be unusually warm again.
I'm so in the mood to garden but know that its still getting cold at night
so it's still to soon to put out anything.
Anyway...I started thinking about my little bunches of hyacinths and how happy they make me
and decided to go to Pinterest and find images of other people's hyacinths.
So pretty when brought inside.
I wish I had the forethought to grow some inside to enjoy.
There is always next year....I suppose.
Are you making big plans for your outside spaces?
We got some great outdoor furniture in at my part time job at Pier 1 Imports.
Oh...I'd love to have all this for my back deck.
No way can I afford even though the price is very reasonable.
I'll have to get creative for my space.

Beautiful flowers! Unusually warm here today too. I'm ready to srping-ify my back porch. I'll be using yard sale wicker pieces. Still looking for a little table.
Been missing you!
so pretty!
Oh how I wish they lasted forever!! I planted some last year and they're starting to bloom too, I can't wait to see and smell them! :)
Hi Nita, I have the tiny hyacinths, called grape muscari. So cute...hey can you put that Pier One furniture outside in direct weather? It looks nice.
good to see you posted~lovely spring images.
Hi Nita, not only am I making plans but I am carrying out the plans. In fact I have been working in the yard all day and now I am blogging from the chaise lounge on the back patio.
Unfortunately bulbs don't do well here in the southern part of California, it just doesn't get cold enough. I did have a few bulb come up from a pervious owner but that is unusual.
But I have cleaned out all my flower beds and already planted a flat of annuals.
Thanks for posting all the beautiful hyacsthins, these are the only ones I will see this year.
HOpe your weekend is great.

Hi Nita! Yes, let's call it spring, shall we? Enough of gloomy winter. I planted tons of grape hyacinths at my old house -- totally miss the mass of purple. Thanks for the little reminder :) Have a great weekend.
Okay, I'm jealous. Just how the heck is OK getting lovely weather today when it has been simply awful here in TX? Oh, well; I guess I wouldn't wish this nastiness onto anyone. Enjoy!
My yard looks barren. I'm sad because my youngest daughter will be moving up your way very soon. To Edmond. Her husband took a job offer in OKC. Maybe flowers would perk me up too.

Hi, Nita! Love your sweet blog! I'm a new follower!
Best,
Anne ♥♥ P.S Come see my hycacinths!
The Hyacinth is my favorite flower of all times, I think it's because of the color and the wonderful fragrance.
You found some great images.
