Red and Turquoise for Christmas

Snow Days
Lots of snow here, unfortunately I was scheduled to work.
And I've been at the store longer than usual to make up for those that didn't come in.
I didn't mind so much but I really would have liked to have been snug at home
during the snow storm.

Today I'm sharing turquoise and red Christmas inspiration.
Turquoise and red are perfect for the Holidays.

It's warm and cool at the same time.

I'd love a tree like this...heck...I'd like a dress like this...let's be honest.

The sweetest of snowmen in a jar with turquoise snow filled sky.

I'd happily do a red and turquoise Christmas.
But, I fear I don't have much in the way of red in my Christmas stuff.

Isn't Red and Turquoise a great combo for Christmas?

  5. I love the look of funky turquoise and red holiday decor, but I think everything I own is a bit too traditional for that look. I've had the photo of the starlight mint wreath Pinned for a year. I hope I have time to make one this year. Thanks for sharing, Nita!

  6. I love that blurred image
and that peppermint wreath is adorable.
My home is White and Black with brown and silver. I used to have touches of red about the place but changed my mind.
Now, once again I'm thinking about Red.
    :)
Please be safe out in this bad weather!

  7. It's such an interesting combination but I don't associate it with anything like I do turquoise and orange (HoJo's) or pink and orange (Dunkin' Donuts) but it definitely has a vintage vibe.

  10. Nita,
Thank you for this! You've inspired me to add turquoise to my dining room Christmas decor which was mainly red. A few little turquoise glass ornaments has made such a difference!!!

    I am loving it!

  11. I use a lot of red and blue for Christmas. Sometimes it's a turquoise blue. Unfortunately, I have no Christmas posts up yet.

  13. It's a wonderful combination, but I believe it's full of energy and this year, I'd like something more serene for Christmas.
