Atlanta House
built 2013
Another new house today from the Morningside neighborhood in Atlanta.
It's all ready for its first residents to move in.
Landscape is newly planted. It's very simple. But it's a good starting point.
As last week's house...this house looks vintage on the outside.
Nice beamed ceiling in the living room.
living room is open to the kitchen
It's a beautiful state of the art kitchen. Love those lights!
Ah...a banquet included at one end. That's a nice touch.
Love the red knobs on the range top. But I prefer a full stove to a range top.
Of course I love the marble counters in this kitchen.
Love the little butler's pantry. I don't know why I love these so much.
I would have no need for one and yet I want one badly.
Pretty dining room. Love the chandelier in here.
Love this sitting room.
Just adore the windows used here.
Gray bedroom leading to
a even grayer bath.
marble through out
sweet pink nursery
Yikes! another nursery.
very fun bathroom
what a great outdoor fireplace
I could totally get used to that
The garage doors are nothing to sneeze at either.
I prefer vintage homes but I could be very happy living in a new house that looked like this one.
See full listing here.
I hope you are having a very nice Sunday.
Hopefully, I'll have dinner with my Mom.
I haven't spent time with her since New Year's Day.
The weather has really been so sunny and nice and looks like it will be for several more days.
I hope it's nice where you are!
Love everything about this house.
ReplyDelete(I don't care for the brown sofas but...it's only furniture).
I love the FUN bathroom.
and I'm crazy about the outdoor space! How cool it would be to have that fireplace!
I'm so surprised that this house is new. When they build a house around here, they are mostly the same looks. Cookie-cutter mini mansions.
THIS is very nice.
GORGEOUS. Absolutely gorgeous. Would prefer more reclaimed elements in the home, but overall, it has fantastic curb appeal. Love the porches and all the marble.
ReplyDeleteNita,
ReplyDeleteI'm so onto butler's pantry's too. Love them!!! Great home.

When can I move in? Beautiful home...love the kitchen!
ReplyDeleteAnother gorgeous home! It makes me wonder why it's for sale. I had a step-up walk-in pantry with a window in our previous home and I miss it!
ReplyDeleteI could move right in Nita!
ReplyDeleteLove that grey bath off the master or guest room, as do the butler pantry? Dreamy is all I can say.
Looks like a great yard as well with perfect driveway areas.
I truly could move in and fill it with my things.
Inspiring.
Thank you Nita for adding joy to blogging with a visit to my place. Your comment is one of the reason I love to blog.
A beautifully inspiring week to you.

What a great house! Looks so old and yet is brand new. The best of both worlds. It is super great - wish I could move right in. Thanks for sharing.

I could move right into that house, I LOVE it. Everything about it is perfect, the kitchen is gorgeous, I love that there are pops of red everywhere. My dream home would look much like that. Thanks for posting it. Hugs, Cindy
ReplyDeleteI love the colors used and the outdoor fireplace would be fun to have. Hope the visit with your Mom went well. :) Kit
ReplyDeleteIt's gorgeous, Nita!

I love Open House Sunday!
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I have always wanted on older home but we are a little afraid of old wiring but this house would solve that problem because everything is new.
I am loving those windows too.
