Open House Sunday

A Little Stone Tudor Cottage
with a decidedly feminine vibe.
built 1935
I love this sofa table and those lamps....luv, luv, luv.
The mirror over the fireplace is interesting.
That window is  a WOW!
I'm wondering if it's original? Those tulips make it look like it might not be.
What do you think?
I don't care for zebra rugs real or otherwise but other than that...I like the decor of this room.
Dining room has another wall mirror. This one appears to be even larger.
I love that rugged sideboard paired with the very modern table.
And of course the chandelier is nice.
Not digging that shelf thing in this room.
Very cute kitchen although I don't care for the slate floor.
Wood would have been better.
The art on the wall does not go with the rest of the decor.
I like it...it just doesn't go.
Love the big shiny stove and range hood.
Nice big kitchen.
I wish my own was this large.
Love the chest of drawers and rug.
Bath is pretty all around. I'd prefer more vintage looking sinks however.
But it is very nice.
Looks like the porch has been closed in to make an office.
I'd rather have a garden room or really I'd rather the porch be left open.
But this is a great office.
Nice backyard and deck.
I could live here. If only my own home was fixed up to this extent.
But then I'd have nothing to dream about...then would I?

  8. Wonderful "bones." Nita, will you email me what area you live in. My SIL that took the job in OKC says they've been looking in some older area of OKC for a house. And I was telling him about you, but couldn't recall what your area of town was called.

  9. It is a nice style and I too love the window but the rug and some of the furniture just doesn't go. The landscaping is very pretty. Kit
