Garden Patios

Potted Gardens
A little patio inspiration today.
Amazing what a lovely garden you can make with lots of planted pots.
The easiest way to make a garden.
Although not without expense.
Those big pots are so expensive.
But once you've bought them....they are your's to use forever.
This space above is so pretty. I love the little sideboard and the chandelier
and the raised chiminea.
I especially like that idea.
Look how formal this space is and densely planted and it's all pots!
Oh...I love this.
Oh...to have this space right off the back of my house.
How I woud love that!
Or this one.
This one is nice too...smaller and in the city.
Lots of pots here including potted boxwoods. I adore those wood trellises in the urns.
This is a New York apartment balcony. Can you imagine eating out on this space?

See more patio ideas on my Patio Ideas Board on Pinterest.
I'm working on my lamp today.
I took the base off to add a new base and the whole thing is a mess at the moment.
I'm hoping it turns out.

I'm still doing a giveaway for this good summer read...
Go here to register to win a copy.
I'm giving away two.

Your photos are always such a treat, and certainly get a gal dreaming. What are your patio plans this season, Nita? Seems as though I've seen some photos of your doggies lounging on a lovely back deck. As for me, I just returned from my local Pier 1 store where I picked up two chairs and cushions for the front porch....

Very timely!
I just came inside after working in the yard most of the day.
I did potted plants last year and didn't bring in the pots this winter.
Yeah, pretty stupid of me, they are all cracked. I picked up the big painted one and the bottom of it stayed on the ground. :(
I had planned on going for the minimal look THIS year but...I have an explosion of daisies, catmint, lilies and cornflowers out there.
I need to go back to Pinterest and find Plan B.
Love your photos, I'm off to see your Pinterest board!
xoxo

I loved the set with the blue cushions. I think that color made the whole thing! Looks like they matched it to the exterior trim color, its fresh and elegant. I wish I had a patio...something about setting furniture on stone or brick that is so appealing.

I love the idea of decorating with pots. All of these garden areas are so amazing . . . sigh! Thanks for sharing the inspiration Nita. Blessings, Patti

such lovely examples of some amazing looking patios. Shows off all the different things you can add to them. Recently we added garden stone to ours and it just really elevates our yard
